What's your lead time?

We custom print all orders with a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.

Do you offer a trade account?

We love working with the trade! If you are a member of the interior design trade interested in registering an account with us, please apply here.

Do you offer framing?

We do not currently offer framing for purchase on the website. We believe that working with local framers provides the best possible service and environmental footprint. However, we understand this can be an overwhelming choice, therefore we are happy to offer our expertise in framing your piece(s) via a consultation. Please click here for more information.

Where are your products made?

We work with an amazing local printer for all fine art edtions. All editions are printed on cold press watercolor paper.

Our textiles are fabricated by a fantastic team on the east coast. All textiles are printed on 100% Belgian linen.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore try our best to represent the images accurately for online viewing. Each order is custom printed just for you, and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you believe that your order was damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us right away so that we can help resolve it.

What is the shipping policy?

Lead time for all artwork orders is approximately 2 weeks. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?
